An award winning product, CattleBoyZ Gourmet BBQ Sauce is a special recipe brewed by a former Alberta cattle ranching family.

In the beginning, CattleBoyZ Original BBQ Sauce was developed by a cattle rancher in Alberta, Canada who did not want to mask the taste of his beef with an overpowering sauce, but enhance it. CattleBoyZ Original started out on the ranch, but today it’s sold throughout North America. CattleBoyZ Foods has brought this Albertan’s savory sauce to the marketplace along with a second flavour – Cattle Boyz Honey Hot BBQ Sauce.

CattleBoyZ Gourmet BBQ Sauce was introduced to the Canadian marketplace in 1998.

• The Ternes Family had raised prime Alberta beef for over 70 years and developed their family BBQ sauce into a gourmet quality product. It wasn't until the early 90's that the Ternes family offered the product to the general public from their butcher shop in Calgary's downtown Eau Claire Market. At this point it was produced and bottled out of Joe Ternes' own kitchen.

Since the introduction of CattleBoyZ Original, CattleBoyZ has developed more products:

• additional flavours of BBQ sauces called CattleBoyZ Sweet Chili, CattleBoyZ Southern Q, CattleBoyZ Wing and Hot Sauce; and,
• barbecue spices: Gourmet Seasoning, Smokey Southwest Seasoning & Rub, Big Country Garlic Seasoning and Smokin and Grillin Rub
• 2 quick and easy meal items: CattleBoyZ Campfire Pork Back Ribs and CattleBoyZ Campfire Pulled Pork
• CattleBoyZ Kitchen Essentials: CattleBoyZ XXX Hot Mustard, CattleBoyZ XXX Horseradish and CattleBoyZ Baked Beans.

CattleBoyZ Foods went one step further to package their products and now offer:

• Branded gift boxes; and,
• Custom labeling services for corporations.

CattleBoyZ sauce is now mass produced and is being shipped to a variety of North American destinations.
